Bookings for classes, workshops, and events are paid upfront to secure your spot. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: free cancellation requires a minimum advance notice of 24 hours for public scheduled lessons, and 7 days for private bookings.

Gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been redeemed.

When attending classes, workshops, or open studio sessions, you must follow the safety instructions given by our staff. You are liable for damage caused to the studio, its equipment, or third parties through misuse or failure to follow those instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to the studio.

When you submit pieces for firing, you must provide accurate information about the clays, glazes, and any other materials used, and ensure they are suitable for the requested firing temperature. Firing is carried out at your own risk: we cannot be held liable for damage to submitted pieces during firing.

You are liable for all damages your pieces, glazes, or other materials may cause to our kilns, kiln shelves, and other equipment (for example glaze runs, exploding pieces, or contamination). In the event of damage to a kiln, you will be charged a fee covering the cleaning of the kiln and, if repairs are needed, the cost of those repairs.

These kiln firing provisions apply to both individual and business customers.

We understand the administrative complexity of businesses and offer highly flexible payment terms. We also support a variety of payment methods, including card and bank transfers.

Our invoices are payable within 30 calendar days of receipt; this may be increased upon request.

As of the due date of the invoice, interest is immediately owed without the need for further notice of default, calculated according to the legal interest rate (if appropriate in line with the Act on Payment Arrears). In the event of late payment, a fee for collection costs shall also become due; this will equate to 10% of the primary outstanding amount.

Private corporate bookings may be cancelled with no extra fee up to 14 calendar days before the date of the booking. If cancelled less than 14 calendar days but more than 2 calendar days before the date of the booking, we charge a fee equal to 50% of the agreed-upon amount. For a cancellation within only 2 calendar days of the date of the booking, we have to charge the full agreed-upon amount.

This cancellation policy is here to ensure we can continue to offer flexible terms without abuse, and cannot be altered.

During booked events, we may take and use photographs and/or digital images of you for use in news releases and/or educational materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, websites, social media, or other electronic communications. You authorize their use without compensation. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Malina More.

After your event, you will receive a digital album with all collected photographs and materials. As part of your corporate booking, you are given a royalty-free perpetual license of all materials contained in this album. We recommend downloading the contents of the album for this purpose, as we cannot guarantee the hosting of the album for more than thirty days.

We are pleased to offer our clients with a wide variety of other services including custom creations and designs, research, advisory services in and around ceramics, and material services such as kiln firings. The prices for those services is generally indicated on our website. Our base price for hourly services is 50 EUR / hour HVAT. As a non-profit association, we charge material prices + a 20% margin for all other costs. We offer quotes on demand and reserve the right to ask for a partial or full pre-payment for any consulting work.

As an event organizer, we may sometimes ask you for testimonials for future clients in order to enhance our reputation and image. You authorize us to use your company's name and logo solely for the purpose of showcasing you in our testimonials. If we ask you for a full review, you also authorize us to use the name of the person who provided it. This authorization can be revoked upon your simple request.
